Job description
Stanley’s affiliate marketing program in the EMEA region is still in its early stages, offering a unique opportunity for you to build, shape, and grow the program. As an
Affiliate Marketing Specialist , you will take ownership of the program, bringing creativity, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset to develop it into a key driver of Stanley’s DTC revenue and brand visibility. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with key affiliates, onboarding new partners, and developing affiliate campaigns tailored to Stanley’s core markets.
You will:
Manage and own Stanley’s affiliate marketing program for the EMEA region, ensuring it aligns with broader e-commerce goals;
Track and optimize key KPIs, including ROAS, conversion rates, and partner performance;
Build and nurture relationships with key affiliates, publishers, and partners to expand Stanley’s reach;
Develop affiliate-based promotional campaigns that drive engagement and conversions across EMEA markets;
Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and influencer marketing teams to ensure campaign cohesion;
Monitor affiliate activities to prevent fraudulent practices and maintain program integrity;
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio) to track performance, provide actionable insights, and identify growth opportunities;
Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools to keep Stanley competitive.
Your efforts will directly contribute to Stanley’s growth as a leading lifestyle brand in the EMEA region, combining creativity with strategic data analysis to drive success.
Who are you?
You are a proactive and results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where business moves quickly. Taking ownership and initiative comes naturally to you, and you're skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your background in affiliate marketing has given you a strong foundation in driving performance through data-driven decision-making, and you bring a solid understanding of eCommerce—particularly in direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategies.
You have experience working across global markets, balancing workloads effectively. With a performance-first mindset, you have the expertise to analyze data, spot trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable results. Collaboration is second nature to you, and you’re motivated to align affiliate programs with broader business goals.
Furthermore, you:
Have 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, including managing and growing programs across global markets;
Have experience working with known affiliate networks (e.g. Tradedoubler, AWIN, Impact, Daisycon);
Are highly skilled in data analysis and using performance insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROAS;
Bring a proactive approach to managing projects and workflows in a fast-moving business setting;
Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliates, publishers, and internal stakeholders;
Are fluent in English, with additional European languages such as German, French, or Dutch being a plus.
What more does this job offer you?
A job for 40 hours;
Competitive salary €65.000 - €80.000 a year (including holiday allowance) (based on experience);
Bonus of 10%, based on organization and personal performance;
Contract will be 1 year definite with 1 month probation period and intention after this one year for an indefinite period;
25 holidays;
€3 a day work from home allowance;
€80 per month phone contributions;
Commuting allowance, encouraging public transportation;
Pension – own contribution of 5%, the rest is contributed by the company;
