The Role This position focuses on delivering SAP Payroll solutions for clients in the

Netherlands . The ideal candidate will have hands‑on SAP Payroll configuration experience, deep understanding of Dutch payroll, and the ability to work directly with clients in a consulting capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure SAP Payroll (PY) for Dutch clients.

Support end-to-end project activities from design to post-implementation.

Provide best‑practice recommendations and resolve complex payroll issues.

Collaborate with internal and external teams across Europe.

Take ownership of quality and timeliness of deliverables.

Requirements

SAP PY implementation experience , particularly with Dutch payroll.

Understanding of

Dutch payroll rules and tax regulations .

Strong consulting and communication skills with client‑facing experience.

Ability to balance hands‑on technical work with client relationship management.

Fluent in

English ;

Dutch

language skills highly preferred.

Willingness to travel to client sites in the Netherlands as needed.
