To accelerate the go-to-market of new IAM solutions, a Global Acceleration Team has been established. About the job The Sales Acceleration Manager is responsible for developing a pipeline and closing IAM deals for our latest and most complex offerings, collaborating with regional sales teams and partners in EMEA and APAC. This role is at the forefront of our IAM strategy, establishing a foundation for repeatable business. As a Sales Acceleration Manager in the IAM Acceleration Team, you will: Collaborate with sales, partners, and marketing on new and complex IAM offerings. Develop and implement sales strategies for repeatable business. Market solutions at conferences, with value-added partners, and enterprise customers. Your key tasks include: Create and manage a pipeline with opportunities, closing deals with enterprise customers alongside Regional Sales Managers and Directors in EMEA and APAC. Represent Thales’ IAM portfolio at conferences and to key stakeholders. Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new IAM solutions. Coach and mentor colleagues to improve solution-selling skills. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and opportunities. Develop relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts. Report performance metrics to senior management. About you Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of experience in IAM sales or business development, focusing on cloud security or digital transformation. Strong understanding of IAM concepts and ability to articulate the value of CIAM solutions. Proven success in launching new products and exceeding sales targets. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
