Job Title Manufacturing Process Technician

Location Breda, Nederland

Salary €41,000 per month (gross) with a 31.1% shift allowance and a 13th month.

Responsibilities

Managing the production line and ensuring continuity.

Working closely with other colleagues and departments, such as logistics.

Providing process reports and handing over staff at the end of each shift.

Working in accordance with HACCP, SOP, and GMP regulations.

Resolving malfunctions quickly and efficiently.

Using English as the language of communication on the work floor.

Qualifications

Fluent in English.

Experience as a (process) operator.

Ability to thrive in a structured environment where clear procedures are followed and no deviations are permitted.

Comfortable commuting.

Willingness to work in three shifts.

More than 5 years working experience with LEAN manufacturing, Six sigma, Continuous improvement and Troubleshooting techniques (5WHY, RCA, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, TPM, ATS, SMED, Fishbone method).

Experience working with process/data processing ERP systems (SAP/MES).

Experience working with Standard Operating Processes.

Education and Experience

Opleidingsniveau: Hbo/bachelor.

Functie: Mechanisch operator procesindustrie.

Ervaring: 60 maand(en).
