Are you passionate about helping others and creating calm moments in a busy world? Join Cygnific as a part-time German-speaking customer service ambassador for Rituals in Amsterdam and turn every interaction into a meaningful experience. As a German-speaking ambassador, you are the friendly voice behind Rituals' international customer service. Through phone, email, social media, and digital channels, you'll provide attentive, creative, and solution-focused support. You bring the relaxed Rituals feeling to every customer, making their day a little brighter.

Your role In this part-time customer service role, you won't just answer questions, you'll create trust, connection, and positive experiences for each customer. Your responsibilities include:

Supporting German-speaking customers via phone, email, and social media

Providing personal, empathetic, and effective solutions to customer inquiries

Answering product questions and offering helpful guidance

Communicating clearly, professionally, and creatively

Collaborating with an international customer service team to deliver excellent service
