As a Support Professional, you provide the best possible service to customers.You have contact by phone, e-mail and chat. Every customer is different, so you ensure that every customer also receives a 'perfect fit' answer.Of course you don't do that alone. You work together with your colleagues to help our customers with their questions beyond expectations.You also advise customers with the right choice in terms of size, combination of items or the best colors.
