We are currently looking for a skilled
Project Management Officer (PMO)
to join our team and support one of our key clients—a multinational leader in the Credit Insurance industry.
Provide support to project managers during planning, execution and monitoring phases.
Manage financial processes: raise requisitions, track budgets and time registration.
Ensure effective documentation practices: maintain project plans, RAID logs, and meeting notes, keeping all files updated in SharePoint/Teams.
Control and audit project deliverables in accordance with governance standards.
Coordinate internal and external team communication, facilitating updates and meetings.
Take meeting minutes, track actions and decisions.
Collaborate with Portfolio Management teams to align reporting and tracking.
Identify areas for improvement and promote the use of best practices across projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
Proven experience in project or program support roles.
Strong understanding of delivery frameworks, financial tracking, and documentation standards.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Advanced analytical and budgeting skills.
Fluency in English (B2 or higher).
Intermediate Spanish and/or other languages (German, Italian).
Stakeholder coordination and conflict resolution capabilities.
Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects and teams.
