International energy organization is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to strengthen the Supply Chain Management department.

The role focuses on managing complex contracts and ensuring compliance, safety, and commercial performance within operational and project-driven environments.

Tasks and responsibilities • Manage, negotiate, and administer complex and high-risk contracts for materials and services • Ensure compliance with commercial, legal, and HSEQ standards • Support contractor management to maintain safe and reliable operations • Improve contracting and procurement processes while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience within petrochemical, offshore, or oil and gas sectors • Proven experience with high-value and high-risk contracting • Strong negotiation skills and professional proficiency in Dutch and English
