We are looking for two

Administration & Procurement Coordinators (Business Fulfillment Support)

to join their team in Rijswijk. You will work together with the Head of Procurement, who will train and guide you in this role.

This is a

junior-level position

that combines procurement coordination, supplier administration, and operational follow-up. You will assist with sourcing processes, track supplier performance, and support contract workflows. Your work impacts supplier efficiency, cost control, and operational reliability across projects in the Benelux and Ireland region.

Your role You will support the procurement team with supplier sourcing and fulfillment activities. You work with internal business teams, external suppliers, and international stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include: Supporting supplier sourcing through data collection and documentation Assisting in supplier certification and compliance Supporting tender procedures and supplier selection Coordinating contract approval processes and tracking timelines Following up on supplier delivery performance Monitoring supplier performance and reporting Facilitating communication between departments and suppliers

Your profile You are a quick learner and approach tasks logically.

You have: A background in Administration, Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome) Strong organizational skills A structured approach to work Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) A proactive mindset

Nice to have: Experience in procurement, supplier management, or administration Experience in an international environment
