Job Opening – Data Analyst / Data Modeler (Credit Domain) – Temporary Assignment (2 months) Help shape next‑generation credit data solutions.

For a temporary assignment of

2 months , we are looking for a Data Analyst / Data Modeler who will contribute to the development and maintenance of a central Credit Data Domain platform. This platform integrates diverse data sources and delivers reliable, high‑quality credit data products used across the organization for decision‑making, analytics, and AI solutions. In this role, you are the essential link between business requirements and technical implementation. You work with risk, business stakeholders, model teams and data engineers to ensure that credit data is accurate, well‑structured, and delivered according to a unified data model.

What you will do Participate in

impactful, organization‑wide change programs

where credit data is essential (e.g., Early Warning Models, Definition of Default enhancements, Significant Risk Transfer initiatives). Analyze and validate data requirements, identify missing attributes, and translate business needs into clear specifications. Maintain and enhance the

Credit Business Data Model (CBDM) , ensuring consistent definitions and high‑quality data flows. Take end‑to‑end ownership of data development: requirements, mapping, business rules, testing, release coordination. Collaborate closely with data engineers to implement and deploy new data products. Contribute to continuous improvement of modelling tools, standards, and the data platform.

Expected Deliverables (SMART) You will deliver two key results during this 2‑month period: 1. Early Warning Model (EWM) Redevelopment Part of a strategic transformation program. You help deliver the required data product for the new EWM, enabling early detection of deteriorating credit quality. 2. Model-Based Calibration (MBC) – Probability of Default (PD) Risk Drivers You provide PD‑related data products that downstream consumers need to transition to the target credit rating chain for non‑retail portfolios. Final outcome for both projects: A fully mapped, validated, and deployed data product — aligned with the Credit Business Data Model and supported by clear business logic, analysis, and collaboration with data engineering.

Your profile Proven experience in

business and data analysis , ideally in banking or credit risk data. Strong skills in

data modelling

(conceptual, logical, physical). Experience with data testing (unit, regression, acceptance). Good understanding of IT processes: release management, data platforms such as Databricks. Ability to adjust mappings, manage build plans, and maintain data products. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities. Analytical, structured, detail‑oriented. Proactive, flexible, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment. Important:

experience dealing with high‑pressure, short‑timeline projects — and the ability to keep things simple and clear.
