Responsibilities

Lead and develop Data Center IT Managers across the region, setting clear goals and performance standards Own regional IT operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and consistent service delivery across all sites Act as the senior escalation point for major incidents, risks, and operational issues, driving root cause and prevention Oversee regional infrastructure operations including servers, networking, storage, and high density GPU environments Drive standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement across regional data center IT operations

Required Skills & Experience

Experience managing multi site or regional data center IT operations 8 plus years experience in data center IT operations with hands on infrastructure background 5 plus years people management experience leading managers or large technical teams Strong knowledge of server hardware, enterprise networking, and data center technologies Familiarity with HPC or GPU based environments Solid understanding of operational support models, lifecycle management, and ITIL ITSM practices Experience with project planning, cross site coordination, and change management Strong analytical, leadership, and decision making skills
