Innovatie Manager Technologie

Overview

Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong ecosystem of partners (e.g. TNO, NLR, commercial partners) to develop ASC’s innovation network.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners and facilitate knowledge and talent flow.
Lead multidisciplinary innovation projects, frequently in collaboration with external partners.
Monitor project progress and budgets.
Identify strategic insights, emerging technologies and trends valuable to the organisation and translate them into a future‑oriented innovation agenda.
Drive innovation within the ASC and connect impactful ideas to real‑world execution.
Qualifications
HBO or WO level education in technical business administration, engineering or a comparable field.
Proven experience leading projects and networks, preferably with external partners and in an innovative context.
Affinity for technology, innovation and logistics; aviation or defence experience is a plus.
Strong communication, networking and leadership skills; ability to turn ideas into tangible results.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Energetic about pioneering, connecting and leading.
Must hold Dutch nationality.
Part of the selection process is a safety investigation and reference check; an assessment may also be required.
Benefits and Compensation
Monthly salary: €4,772.00 – €6,549.00 (IBBAD 11).
Contract duration: 1 year with a path to a permanent position.
Working hours: 38 – 40 per week.
Individual choice budget: 16.33% of gross annual salary (can be paid out or used for tax purposes; extra leave hours available).

Instroom Pool Details
The role is part of the Instroom Pool for civilian personnel – a pathway for talented newcomers to be allocated to various positions within the Royal Air Force. Successful candidates are expected to secure a regular role within three years and will receive opportunities for growth while gaining valuable experience.
