Lead and coordinate a strong Information Security team within Rabobank. For Rabobank in Utrecht, we are looking for a

Manager Information Security Officers . In this role, you lead a team of 19 Information Security Officers within the CISO Office and ensure security standards, risk management and compliance activities are well organised and consistently applied.

This is a solid managerial position within an established security structure — ideal for someone who combines content knowledge with practical leadership and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to a professional team.

The Role As Manager Information Security Officers, you are responsible for the day-to-day leadership and coordination of the team. You ensure security advice is delivered in a consistent and professional manner and that risks are identified and addressed appropriately. You work closely with technology domains and management stakeholders, acting as a reliable sparring partner on information security topics.

Responsibilities Leadership & Team Coordination Lead and support a team of 19 Information Security Officers Provide direction, prioritisation and clarity in workload and objectives Translate broader security goals into practical team actions Encourage collaboration and professional development

Oversight & Governance Monitor relevant security developments and regulatory changes Ensure security assessments are executed on time Safeguard compliance with Rabobank’s security framework and industry standards Escalate risks where necessary

Security & Risk Management Align security activities with business and technology priorities Identify broader risks and support mitigation planning Help ensure controls and preventive measures are implemented effectively Contribute to the implementation of Security Chapter procedures

The Team You will be part of the CISO Office (approximately 70 professionals). The Information Security Officers act as subject matter experts across the bank, advising on security design, assessing high-risk applications and supporting compliance with security standards.

Your Profile Academic working and thinking level (WO) Experience in Information Security and IT Risk Management Leadership experience (formal or informal) CISSP and/or CISM certification preferred Experience working with senior stakeholders Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
