We are looking for an Operations Engineer to support deployments (including outside business hours), manage configurations, and ensure smooth operations of the payment engine platform. Key Responsibilities: Manage configurations and ensure stability of the production environment. Provide operational support for the payment engine and related infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve on-premise server and virtual machine (VM) related issues. Monitor system performance and proactively address CPU, memory, and disk-related issues. Create and manage monitoring dashboards and alerts using Grafana and Prometheus. Develop and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines, manage artifacts, and enforce branch policies. Contribute proactively to system improvements and operational excellence initiatives. Required Skills & Experience:

Strong DevOps expertise with hands-on experience in Linux environments. Solid system administration knowledge, including troubleshooting CPU, memory, and disk performance issues. Experience managing on-prem servers and VM environments. Strong hands-on experience with Ansible, including writing playbooks, understanding roles, and module concepts. Practical experience with Grafana (dashboard creation and alert configuration). Hands-on experience with Prometheus, including writing PromQL queries, configuring alerts, and understanding metrics ingestion. Experience with Azure DevOps, including pipeline creation, troubleshooting, artifacts management, and branch policies. Familiarity with Bash and/or Python scripting. Good understanding of database concepts and RDBMS fundamentals (indexes, keys, etc.).
