Our most recent Soundshape 1 Pro solution (www.soundshape.pro) makes accessibility effortless for live event organizers and venues. Soundshape delivers live subtitles and translations in 100+ languages on screen, smartphones, and livestreams.
After validating a strong product-market fit in the Netherlands, this year we will grow across Western Europe. Germany / DACH is an important market for us, but BeNeLux and the Nordics are also key growth regions. To support this expansion, we’re looking for a B2B Account Executive who enjoys building relationships, opening new markets and growing together with the company.
What you’ll do
As a B2B Account Executive, you’ll focus on winning new B2B customers and growing existing relationships across multiple European markets. You’ll work in a small, close-knit sales team with short lines and plenty of autonomy. The team is expected to grow quickly, so you’ll also help shape how we work and scale.
Your responsibilities include:
Developing a B2B pipeline
Building trusted, long-term relationships with customers and partners, acting as a reliable commercial point of contact
Leading end-to-end sales conversations, including product demos and value-driven presentations
Working closely with marketing and product to continuously refine positioning, messaging and go-to-market approach
Representing Soundshape with confidence and credibility at international trade fairs, events and partner meetings
Maintaining a well-ordered and transparent sales pipeline in HubSpot, with clear follow-up
Actively monitoring market signals, customer feedback and competitive dynamics to identify new growth opportunities
Who you are
Above all you learn quickly
Experience in a B2B sales (experience with SaaS and/or AV tech is a pre)
You’re fluent in English and Dutch, German is a big plus
You communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of prospect stakeholders, from technical users to decision-makers
You have well-developed commercial skills, including opportunity qualification, value-based selling and (multi-stakeholder) deal progression

You act with integrity and follow through on your commitments
You enjoy working in an international environment and don’t mind travelling periodically
