Lead Delivery Architect

TXM Group are currently looking for a Lead Delivery Architect for a 12 month initial contract with a permanant position to be offered after the initial contract. This position requires someone who is available to be on site 1-2 days per week in Amstelveen, Netherlands with the rest of the work to be carried out remotely.

We are looking for the following: Strong hands-on experience with enterprise Kubernetes platforms (e.g. OpenShift) across build, deploy and run phases. Ability to write, develop, read and maintain production-grade code (Go) to support platform components, automation and integrations. Proven experience designing, building and operating cloud-native platforms in production environments. Strong experience with automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and GitOps-based delivery models Ability to write, develop or maintain automation code and platform integrations (Go). Solid understanding of software engineering principles (versioning, testing strategies, code reviews, CI/CD integration). Strong understanding of security, compliance and operational requirements in regulated or sovereign environments. Experience embedding security into development and operations workflows (DevSecOps mindset). Ability to troubleshoot across the full stack: application → platform → infrastructure → networking. Ability to take end-to-end ownership: from feature design and implementation to deployment and operational support. Analytical mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. Self-driven, accountable team player with a strong delivery and reliability focus. Fluent in English & Dutch.
