Job Description
Nordson EFD, a leading provider of precision fluid dispensing systems, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our Customer Service team in Maastricht, the Netherlands, as a German speaking Customer Service Representative. Being the regular interface with all associated Distributors, Sales engineers, Technical Service Manager and Sales Managers.
As Customer Service Representative you will processes transactions routed to designated customer service desks within the case management system. Create and manage standard quotations, sales orders, and returns in SAP in a timely manner according to established goals of the Customer Experience Supervisor
Follow correct process to communicate with other Nordson teams to solve problems and get the information needed for an inquiry
Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
Review case management requests to assign priority status and route to the correct customer service desk.
Minimum MBO+ - degree (commercial or logistics)
Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desired
German language skills are required (writing and verbal) and verbal skills in English
Additional Italian language skills are preferred
SAP system knowledge preferred
