Industry Sales Lead This role is about commercial judgement and knowing how to lead a conversation.

Rapid Circle is in a private-equity driven phase of change. Expectations are high, and the way we sell needs to evolve with that reality. We are moving from relationship-led selling towards a more problem-led, insight-driven approach.

This role exists to help make that shift real.

Why this role exists We are looking for someone who shapes commercial conversations through clarity and perspective. Someone who sets a standard by doing the work well. Not by defining frameworks or processes, but by handling complex deals in practice.

As Industry Sales Lead, you play an active role in how the commercial organisation develops its approach.

What you actually do You engage with senior decision-makers where challenges are not yet clearly defined and help structure the conversation. You identify core business issues and connect them to concrete, relevant solutions. You build new business within your industry and take responsibility from first discussion through to closing. You influence others through example and contribute to a more consistent, mature way of selling.

What this requires You are comfortable guiding senior-level discussions and challenging assumptions in a thoughtful, professional way. You sell on insight and relevance rather than familiarity or long-standing relationships. You work well in environments where not everything is defined upfront and expectations are high.

What success looks like after 12–18 months You have established yourself with multiple new customers where your contribution at a senior level made a clear difference. You are able to reference several lighthouse accounts where Rapid Cricle has played a transformative role in the customer’s business. Your way of working has influenced how others approach complex sales situations.
