Heating And Air Conditioning Engineer

For one of our Life Science clients, we have a current opportunity as HVAC & Process Utility Engineer. The HVAC & Process Utility Engineer ensures reliable and compliant operation of cleanroom HVAC systems and critical utilities such as purified water and clean nitrogen. What you'll do: Oversee cleanroom HVAC, EMS/BMS systems, and process utilities to ensure stable, compliant performance. Monitor system data, perform inspections, and manage preventive maintenance. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and support CAPA/NC activities. Maintain procedures, documentation, training materials, and spare‑parts inventory. Support audits (Quality, EHS, regulatory) and ensure the site is always audit‑ready. Manage vendors and contractors performing maintenance and repairs. Drive continuous improvement in reliability, efficiency, and sustainability. What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Automation preferred). 4-6 years of experience in HVAC or utilities engineering. Experience in pharma/medical devices and familiarity with GMP/ISO 13485 is a plus. Strong technical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
