Presales Consultant

to strengthen their commercial function in Amsterdam.

This is a high-impact presales role, ideal for a commercially minded product expert who enjoys partnering closely with sales teams and engaging senior stakeholders. You’ll sit at the intersection of technology, product, and revenue — playing a critical role in winning new business and shaping customer outcomes.

It'll be varied, challenging and highly rewarding.

The role As a Presales Consultant, you will act as the functional and technical subject matter expert across the platform, supporting the sales cycle from discovery through to close.

Key responsibilities include:

Deliver compelling, consultative product demonstrations to prospects and clients

Partner with the sales team to articulate value propositions and support deal strategy

Advise customers on best-practice utilisation of the platform

Maintain and optimise demo environments and sales applications

Support RFP and RFI responses as required

Create and refine sales tools, demo scripts, and enablement materials

Provide structured market and customer feedback to product and marketing teams

Accurately maintain CRM activity, pipeline updates, and forecasts

Represent the business at marketing events and industry engagements

Continuously build product expertise and maintain relevant certifications

Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual objectives

About you We’re looking for a driven, credible presales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment,

from SaaS.. but ideally from PropTech

You will likely bring:

2/3+ years’ experience in software sales, solutions consulting or another presales role

Background in Cloud ERP, PropTech, or adjacent SaaS environments

Exposure to real estate or commercial accomodation

Strong presentation and product demonstration skills

Confidence engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders

Solid technical aptitude with the ability to translate complexity into value

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
