About this role
Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced (Organizational)
Change Management lead
with a strong background (5-8 years) in organizational change management in large-scale business transformations (preferred in an ERP implementation context). This is an ideal position for candidates coming from consulting companies. The initial primary focus will be to lead and execute change management activities for an ongoing ERP implementation across EMEA. This will be expanded by leading and/or supporting change management activities across multiple other projects and/or being more dedicated towards other strategic programs in the future. You will closely collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, ways of working, and technologies.
Tasks and responsibilities
Develop and execute change and communication strategies aligned with transformation objectives and programs.
Collaborate with Program/Project Managers and streams across multiple countries.
Engage stakeholders by collaborating with senior leaders, key users, and other stakeholders across EMEA.
Lead communications by creating clear, compelling messaging that explains the “why” behind the transformation, keeps employees informed, and celebrates success stories.
Build a strong network of change agents, and coach them to act as advocates and run check-in sessions.
Drive change impact assessment (including the development and execution of change action plans.
Manage resistance and change risks by developing a structured mitigation approach, ensuring timely identification and resolution.
Assess business readiness by conducting readiness surveys, including adoption reviews and evaluations.
Create and own the Barentz change management toolkit based on ERP transformation deliverables, and act as the change management steward for EMEA.
Manage localisation and/or translation of training content for regions where required by business
Lead the business role mapping (based on organization design defined by HR) with the support of HR, Authorization, Security, Compliance, and Process Owners.
About You
Proven experience in leading organizational change management, ideally within large-scale ERP transformations.
Strong knowledge and change frameworks, ideally PROSCI - Certified and experience with applying the PROSCI methodology
Strong organizational skills, independent, self-starter and proactive with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, matrix-driven European environment.
Excellent communication skillsfor engaging with teams, stakeholders, and leadership
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to effectively collaborate with senior (IT) leadership and professionals at all levels. across diverse cultures and European teams.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal
