We’re on the lookout for a Talent Sourcing Specialist focusing in the Netherlands market to help us expand our recruitment reach and drive candidate volume for our Netherlands‑based roles.

The Challenge We are growing & scaling and we are in search of local Dutch talents who can help us scale.

Early Success Milestones for this role Drive candidate volume and increase the number of interviews for Netherlands‑based roles.

Your Team When You Join Us You will report to the HR Manager and closely collaborate with a dedicated Recruiter who will be the main responsible for the overall recruitment of the roles assigned to both of you.

You have a wide network of local Dutch talents that you can tap into.

You are great at finding the best talents, reaching out to them, and ensuring that they are engaged and supported throughout the whole recruitment process.

You are driven and have the attitude to do everything needed to close out roles as soon as possible.

Couple Of The Notes About The Role

This is not a salaried position. This is an Independent Contractor role.

This role is only for candidates who are currently based in the Netherlands and who do not need work visa sponsorship now or at any point in the future.

We do not offer visa sponsorship—candidates must already have the right to work in the Netherlands.

This is an as‑needed role with a maximum of 20 hours per week depending on the company’s requirement.

You must be able to commit at least 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week, or more if needed.

We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff ( https://hubstaff.com/ ) to track hours worked.

Compensation We pay on an hourly basis.
