Languages Required

Polish (C1–C2 / native level)

English (B2+)

What You Will Do

Support customers via phone, email, or chat

Assist with product, service, and account-related inquiries

Resolve issues professionally and efficiently

Escalate complex cases when necessary

Deliver a high-quality customer experience aligned with international standards

Rotational shifts may apply depending on the project
