Role Description Take full ownership of planning and executing all internal and external events end-to-end, including all the networking events and also the WEC’s Annual Award Ceremony. Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors Oversee ticketing operations and manage event budgets Ensure seamless and efficient event execution from concept to completion Oversee event marketing and promotional activities, ensuring consistent visibility across all social media platforms Work closely with internal Board members to understand expectations and align event strategy and execution accordingly

What you bring as a volunteer Event Planning, Project Management, and Budget Management skills Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills Attention to Detail, Organizational skills, and Time Management abilities Passionate about hosting events and connecting with entrepreneurs and corporate professionals.

Nice to have: Prior experience in event management, preferably for networking or professional events Familiarity with issues related to entrepreneurship and women in business is advantageous
