Job Mission: As a Senior Thermal Engineer, you will design, optimize, and validate innovative thermal management solutions to ensure the high performance of advanced devices. Your focus will be on maximizing heat dissipation, minimizing thermal gradients, and enhancing overall thermal performance. You will work in cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate thermal solutions into products, driving efficiency and competitiveness in the industry.

Responsibilities: You will be at the forefront of ensuring our machines meet and exceed thermal performance expectations. Your responsibilities include: Translating specifications into designs, including defining test strategies and selecting necessary equipment. Performing thermal analysis and testing, monitoring system performance, and identifying improvements to enhance efficiency. Conducting thermal tests in laboratory settings, including use of thermal chambers and thermocouples, setting up data acquisition, and testing in gas or liquid flow conditions at room temperatures. Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance. Documenting study, design, and test activities thoroughly. Your work will directly impact the roadmap of next-generation high-tech equipment, contributing to innovations that advance the industry.

Requirements: Master’s or PhD in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in thermal engineering, including thermal testing for validation and qualification. Experience with thermal simulations, preferably under high vacuum conditions. Hands-on approach with a practical mindset. Strong ambition to expand knowledge across different physics domains.
