ISDP Program Manager

Job Description

Role Overview: ISDP Program Manager & Service Delivery Manager {Onsite (Netherlands)}: Leads end-to-end program governance and service delivery, managing SLAs, stakeholders, risks, compliance, resource allocation and performance metrics across cybersecurity and managed services. Also establishes and maintains operational service delivery framework, with clear separation of Run, LCM, and Development activities. Owns service level management, operational escalations, and continuous improvement across all ISDP service towers.

Roles & Responsibilities • programme governance framework across IAM, SecOps, Cyber Protect, Digital Risk, Business Enablement, and Franchise/Privacy functions • Coordinate dependencies between concurrent transformation initiatives (identity modernisation, Sentinel adoption, vulnerability governance, CIAM migration) • Manage programme-level risks, issues, and escalations with client leadership • Own programme reporting to Client stakeholders including progress, risks, and resource utilisation • Facilitate resource allocation decisions across competing workstreams • Drive transition planning and execution for FTC replacement and vendor consolidation • Provide CISO support • Provide leadership in developing KPIs/KRIs Required Experience • 10+ years programme management experience, with 5+ years in cybersecurity or IT security domains • Experience managing multi-vendor delivery models in enterprise environments • Track record of managing parallel transformation and operational programmes • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
