Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our team and play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for SER Group.

In this position, you will take full ownership of the recruiting lifecycle - from talent sourcing to offer - and contribute strategically to building strong, high-performing teams that drive our success forward.

Your Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruiting process – from job definition to successful onboarding – with a focus on roles in IT, Consulting, and Sales.

Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent strategies, and best practices to ensure high-quality and efficient hiring decisions.

Develop effective sourcing strategies and proactively identify and engage top talent through various channels, including Active Sourcing.

Conduct professional, structured interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process.

Support the continuous improvement of our recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives.

Your Profile

You have a degree or completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on HR, business, or related fields.

You bring at least 3 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in an in-house role or within a tech-driven environment.

You are confident in Active Sourcing and familiar with current recruiting trends, tools, and LinkedIn.

You have a strong interest in technology and digital innovation and are eager to attract talent that shares this passion.

You work independently, are proactive, and take ownership of your results.

You communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders and candidates at all levels - in Dutch and English, with every additional language as a plus.
