EU Hardware Operations Specialist

Full‑time

On‑site Location: Hoofddorp, Netherlands

Role Purpose You will run the day‑to‑day operations for our EU laptop imaging and fulfillment activities. This includes receiving hardware, imaging devices using standard procedures, maintaining inventory accuracy, fulfilling outbound orders, and handling returns. You will work independently on site and collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams in the United States.

This role combines light technical tasks with logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Fulfillment

Receive laptops and related equipment from suppliers.

Register and place incoming goods into warehouse stock.

Maintain an orderly and secure workspace.

Prepare, pack, and ship devices to users across the EU.

Imaging & Technical Tasks

Image laptops using approved golden images and tools.

Perform basic troubleshooting and escalation when needed.

Support initial site setup and validation with a visiting US engineer.

Returns (RMA) & Vendor Coordination

Receive and log returned units.

Coordinate repair or replacement with OEM vendors.

Track and report RMA progress internally.

Systems & Administration

Process receiving, inventory movements, and shipments in NetSuite.

Update internal order systems as required.

Provide basic operational reporting (volumes, exceptions, stock levels).

General

Act as the on‑site daily point of contact.

Follow documented processes and suggest improvements.

Support occasional after‑hours shipments when business‑critical (rare).

Expected Workload

Approx. 100–200 systems per month.

Batch imaging combined with ongoing ship‑from‑stock fulfillment.

Required Qualifications

Experience in logistics, operations, IT support, or similar roles.

Familiarity with imaging or device preparation workflows.

Strong organizational skills and comfort working independently.

Conversational English.

Dutch language skills required for vendor and local coordination.

Ability to lift up to 10 kg and work for extended periods seated or standing.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in IT services, hardware repair, or engineering support.

Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).

Knowledge of Dell/Lenovo enterprise hardware environments.

Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience.

Work Environment

On‑site role, standard business hours.

No regular travel expected.

Warehouse and light production setting (receiving, imaging, shipping).
