Product Manager Spend Management

Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner As a product manager for our mid-market products, your in-depth understanding of and passion for business processes and customer requirements allow you to successfully realize our product strategy. Working in a leading role you’ll be at the forefront of both determining and realizing our product goals. Your success is driven by your effective communication with customers and your ability to challenge technical teams to find the best solution possible. You will welcome the additional challenge of working with teams spread over multiple locations.

Job Responsibilities You are assigned to a specific proposition, Spend Management, which consists of Exact Proquro and Exact SRXP and will be in the driving seat to move our flagship product forward on the road of innovation. Your role is to;

Coordinate stakeholder input, collect and prioritize business needs and translate business needs into product requirements via the product backlog

Manage the product backlog for the SCRUM team working on your product

Act as a bridge between proposition management and development departments and act as a knowledge base for stakeholders

Act as central contact for the proposition from a product point of view and work on long-term product strategy together with the proposition manager

Manage projects executed by cross-functional teams

Qualifications

You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent level in a related field

A passion for our products

You have at least two years' experience in product management or product development in the business software industry.

You understand the specific needs within our target group of our Spend Management solutions, within the dynamics of legal requirements and industry specific solutions.

You have preferably at least three years' professional experience in the related market or in a related field like CRM, HRM, and logistics.

You can apply, translate and validate the necessary knowledge to new and changing business solutions.

You have a hands‑on mentality.

You have excellent communication skills and can build and maintain relationship

s.You communicate effectively in verbal and written English and Dutch
