Your duties and responsibilities: First and last point of contact for (regular) customer orders (phone, email and WhatsApp). Collaborate with Operations and Sales. Pre sales & post sales (order processing from receipt to fulfillment). Preparing orders and quotes for our standard products. Check stock availability. Arranging transport and preparing transport documentation. Supporting the account managers. Providing information about our product and service offerings, and providing advice to customers. Understanding the needs of (potential) customers and translating them into a concrete and tailor-made offer. Resolve customer complaints. Register new customers in our ERP system. What we are looking for: Graduated at 'HBO'/'Bachelor' degree level and eligible to work in the European Union. Strong communicator that enjoys building and maintaining (customer) relationships. Excellent at planning and organising, stress-resistant and result-oriented. Real team player with English (required) language skills (written and oral); other world languages (especially Dutch) are a bonus. Energetic, proactive and you have a hands-on mentality.
