Are you an experienced
Project Manager
with a strong technical background in electrical or mechanical systems? Join Eaton, a global leader in power management, and take charge of delivering complex, high-impact projects across the EMEA region.
What you’ll do:
Design, procurement, installation, and testing of MV/LV switchgear, transformers, automation systems, and turnkey solutions.
Stakeholder coordination across engineering, procurement, service teams, contractors, and customers.
Project planning and control using modern tools (e.g., MS Project), including schedule, budget, risk, and resource management.
Customer engagement and reporting to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and successful delivery.
Team leadership, organizing kick‑off meetings, managing internal and external contributors, and ensuring clear deliverables.
Financial oversight, including cost control, variation orders, and margin management.
Continuous improvement, sharing lessons learned and contributing to best practices across the organization.
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of project management experience in electrical, mechanical, or industrial projects
Experience in data centre, utilities, critical infrastructure, renewables, or large industrial clients
Experience working on Customer Projects is a must
Strong understanding of power distribution systems (MV/LV), automation, and control systems would be a plus
Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25% across EMEA for site visits, FATs, and customer meetings.
