This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Amersfoort with the flexibility to work from home on select days. The Demand Planning Leader will oversee demand forecasts, inventory management, and supply chain optimization to meet customer demands effectively. Responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, collaborating with key stakeholders to align forecasts, ensuring product availability, improving accuracy, and supporting decision-making processes through actionable insights. The ideal candidate will balance data-driven decision-making with stakeholder engagement to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, assess trends, and create detailed forecasts. Proficiency in Planning and Coordination to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability. Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Understanding of Finance principles to support effective budgeting and cost management. Background in Customer Service to anticipate client needs and maintain optimal customer satisfaction. Proficiency in relevant demand planning software and tools is a plus. Experience in supply chain management within the retail or music industry is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
