Senior Architect , you are responsible for guiding the organization's technical strategy in close alignment with the broader group's objectives. You will act as a pivotal link between high-level strategy and technical execution.

You will: Work closely with the Department Lead, fellow architects, product owners, business analysts, and development teams. Act as a reference point for architectural models, processes, and governance. Balance complex requirements between diverse stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and business value. Responsibilities Designing transition architectures that offer insights into the relationship between business processes, data, organizational structures, and technology. Activating creative and innovative solutions that support and drive organizational change. Presenting architectural points of view and complex technical information clearly and without ambiguity to various stakeholders. Assisting scrum teams in building architecture governed through standard change processes, including coordinating and solving dependencies or complex problems.

Who are you? You are an architect who is confident in your vision and can co-develop it within a complex stakeholder environment. You are a pragmatic and realistic individual who is able to set a vision and inspire others to follow. You love "connecting the dots" and painting the bigger picture while remaining a strong communicator.

Experience A Master's degree or equivalent level of thinking. A minimum of 5+ years of experience with architecture within a global corporation. Proven experience working in dynamic environments with complex landscapes and intertwining interests.

Profile The ability to balance issues on conceptual and strategic levels while focusing on tangible impact. A continuous learning mindset with strong persistence towards completing tasks within deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, engage, and align people in cross-functional roles at all levels. A hands-on approach with the drive needed to "get things done."
