The Senior HR Manager (EMEA) is a
strategic and hands‑on HR leader
responsible for driving talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness across the region. The role partners closely with senior leadership, supports organizational growth, and aligns HR strategy with business needs. Reporting to the VP Global HR (and dotted to the SVP Global Sales / GM EMEA), the position requires strong collaboration across global HR teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all regional HR operations: Talent Acquisition, L&D, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll across 5 countries, HR Operations, Compliance, Vendor Management, and HR Data/Reporting.
Drive employee engagement, culture, leadership development, coaching, and employee relations.
Roll out global HR programs (performance, compensation, workforce planning, organizational change).
Act as senior HR business partner to EMEA leadership, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with Finance on benefits/pensions and manage the HR Coordinator.
Requirements
Bachelor's in HR; 10+ years HR generalist experience, including 2+ years in HR leadership.
Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law (UK/DE a plus).
Experience with EU recruitment, expats, salary benchmarks (Radford), and scalable HR processes.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills.
