Client Operations Specialist As a Client Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across multiple client engagements. This role combines administrative tasks with proactive customer communication, requiring a hands‑on approach to process improvement.

You will act as a trusted partner for clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in day‑to‑day operations. Beyond task execution, you will take ownership, think critically, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to enhance satisfaction and achieve commercial objectives.

Execute operational workflows, including offer validation, contract processing, data quality checks, and master data cleansing.

Maintain accurate process administration and ensure compliance with deadlines.

Conduct outbound customer communication to verify information and provide updates.

Document work instructions and process flows to support operational clarity.

Identify and address process inefficiencies, proposing actionable improvements.

Deliver high service standards and strive for excellent client satisfaction.

Design process flows, address operational challenges, and translate them into actionable enhancements.
