We're looking for a

Senior Payroll Specialist

to take full end-to-end ownership of Dutch payroll operations for a fast-growing international retail organisation based in Amsterdam.

What you'll do: Own and execute accurate, compliant payroll end-to-end for Dutch entities Manage and optimise payroll in

AFAS

(and MANUS for T&A) Ensure compliance with Dutch tax law, labour legislation & pension regulations Coach and supervise junior payroll associates Liaise with Finance, People Operations, and senior management Drive process improvements and prepare monthly payroll reports

What you bring: Fluent Dutch & English (mandatory) Strong hands-on knowledge of

Dutch payroll legislation Proven end-to-end payroll ownership experience AFAS experience

(mandatory) MANUS, Workday or Dayforce experience is a plus Immediately available
