Back-end Engineer Profile (Senior)

We're looking for experienced, self-starting polyglot individuals with a genuine passion for technology. You're keen to involve yourself in all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle and have extensive experience building new systems with modern architecture and technologies.

Excellent skills with back-end engineering particularly in Go, but transferable skills will be taken into account (e.g. Rust, C#, Kotlin) Expertise with building operable services; preferably by embedding technologies such as OpenTelemetry into the entire SDLC Experience with deploying applications using GitOps Experience with automated testing, test-driven development, behavior-driven development etc. Experience building microservice architecture. Experience with platform orchestration / automation is a

plus Experience setting up and maintaining build pipelines, preferably in GitHub Actions Knowledge of on-prem virtualized networks is a massive plus First-hand experience with agile ways of working and building greenfield software Experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift (the latter is a plus) Dutch language proficiency is required
