Account Director

hire for their Amsterdam-based international team. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on leading multi-market clients, managing high-performing teams, and driving commercially impactful campaigns across PR, influencer and social.

The Role As Account Director, you will: Lead a portfolio of 4–5 client accounts across multiple markets Act as senior client counsel and primary point of contact Oversee integrated campaigns from concept to execution Manage quarterly planning, reporting and programme delivery Own campaign budgets, SOWs, supplier contracting and financial tracking Partner closely with creative on campaign development and new business responses Lead, mentor and motivate a growing team Play an active role in pitches and agency growth

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery — ideal for someone who enjoys both big-picture thinking and operational excellence.

We’re Looking For Significant experience at Senior Account Manager / Account Director level within a PR or integrated agency Proven experience leading multi-market clients Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing budgets and resourcing Experience across media relations, influencer strategy and social campaigns Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Confident stakeholder management and the ability to challenge clients constructively A natural team leader who elevates those around them
