About The Role
Our Amsterdam Europe head office is a lean, dynamic, fast-growing team of approximately 18 employees, supporting store operations across multiple locations in Europe.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager & Travel Coordinator to ensure smooth office operations and manage all business travel arrangements for both head office and retail store teams.
This role combines hands‑on office management making sure the environment is functional, organized, and welcoming.
The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for travel logistics and office operations, playing a key role in ensuring efficiency, cost control, and seamless coordination across department and stores.
This role ensures teams can focus on their core responsibilities while logistics and office operations run seamlessly.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Management & Administration
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Amsterdam head office
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and general office logistics
Maintain organized administrative systems and documentation
Support meeting logistics, booking of meeting rooms, and internal coordination
Ensure a professional, efficient, and well-functioning office environment
Travel Management
Manage and coordinate all business travel arrangements for HQ and store teams
Book flights, trains, hotels, and local transportation in line with company policies and budgets
Optimize travel planning for efficiency, convenience, and cost-effectiveness
Handle last‑minute travel changes, cancellations, and urgent requests
Act as the main point of contact for all travel‑related queries
Maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, and hotel providers
Track travel costs and support budget control and reporting
Ensure smooth coordination of travel related to store openings, visits, and operational needs
Act as main contact for building management and office service providers
Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning, and external suppliers
Manage the opening of PO’s upon request of head of departments
Manage office‑related expenses and monitor budgets
Ensure the office environment is functional, organized, and welcoming
PROFILE
3–7 years of experience in Office Management, Travel Coordination, or similar operational role
Strong experience managing corporate travel arrangements is essential
Experience in retail, hospitality, or other fast‑paced environments is a plus
Experience supporting multi‑location teams is beneficial
Proficient English, Dutch is an advantage.
A valid work permit for The Netherlands
