Export Associate

Are you looking for a full-time export position (40 hours) in Amsterdam? Do you have experience in logistics, international trade, and export administration? In this logistics role, you will work in an international environment and be responsible for the complete export process.

What are you going to do?

As an Export Associate, you will work in a dynamic logistics environment where teamwork and accuracy are key. You ensure that export shipments are processed smoothly and on time. The export department serves as the internal point of contact for questions regarding shipments, customs, and export documentation. You will communicate daily with customers, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and the Chamber of Commerce.

Your tasks include:

- Planning and coordinating all export shipments daily with your team - Preparing and checking export and shipping documents (within and outside the EU) - Communicating with customers, freight forwarders, customs, and internal departments - Ensuring accurate and complete export administration, including Track & Trace - Identifying errors and contributing ideas for improvements within the department

You will work fully on-site from 09:00 to 18:00, actively supporting an efficient and professional workflow.

What do we ask?

- MBO-level education or equivalent work experience - 2–5 years of experience in an export role - Knowledge of export documents, shipping documentation, INCOTERMS, and HS codes - Experience with MS Office, SAP, and SharePoint - Good command of the English language
