Senior Structural Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Structural Topsides Engineer to support the design and engineering of offshore topside facilities. In this role, you will develop structural solutions that meet high standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency, contributing to the successful delivery of complex offshore energy projects.

Key Responsibilities Develop structural concepts and detailed designs for offshore topside structures and modules. Perform structural analyses and calculations using industry-standard engineering tools. Ensure designs comply with international codes, project specifications, and industry standards. Plan and deliver engineering activities within schedule and budget. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and subcontractors. Ensure all deliverables meet contractual and internal quality requirements. Apply lessons learned and manage design changes across project interfaces. Support procurement, fabrication, and site activities when required. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and lead assigned engineering scope. Act as Package Engineer or Discipline Lead when required.

Requirements Degree or diploma in Structural, Civil, or related Engineering discipline. 5–10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or offshore energy industry. Experience with structural topsides design and analysis. Knowledge of engineering design tools and offshore structural standards. Strong analytical, coordination, and planning skills.
