We are seeking a
B2B Key Account Specialist
to join our Benelux Sales team at Fossil Group in
Hoofddorp, Netherlands (Benelux) . If you are passionate about building strong customer relationships and enjoy working with data to drive commercial decisions, this could be the perfect role for you. In this dynamic and global company, you will support key retail partners, optimize assortments, and help deliver sustainable sales growth across the Benelux region.
What You Will Do In This Role
Act as the primary operational point of contact for key B2B accounts in Benelux, building strong relationships with buyers and providing day‑to‑day account support
Develop tailored product assortments and proposals based on sell‑in and sell‑out data, managing key figures such as sales, returns, on‑order and margins
Manage end‑to‑end order and supply chain coordination, including order entry, backorder monitoring and delivery planning in close collaboration with the central warehouse
Maintain accurate customer master data and supply chain administration (e.g. new customer set‑up, freight and shipment requirements, terms and conditions, invoicing flows and shipment tracking)
Conduct regular performance, margin and resale analyses, prepare reports and dashboards, and translate insights into concrete actions for the sales team and Head of Sales
Collaborate closely with trade marketing and e‑commerce/content teams to execute campaigns, ensure accurate and engaging product content and support marketing plans with key customers
Who You Are
1–3 years of commercial experience in key account support, sales operations or a similar role, ideally within an (online) retail environment
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities, comfortable working with large data sets to generate actionable insights
Proficient with ERP and CRM systems (ideally SAP or similar) and quick to learn new tools and reports
Highly organized with strong planning and prioritization skills, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines independently
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; additional Benelux languages are a plus
A collaborative team player with a positive, hands‑on attitude and strong problem‑solving mindset
Customer‑focused and commercially minded, with a genuine interest in watches, jewelry or fashion considered a plus
