Global individual contributor role driving new customer acquisition.

We develop ultra-fast wireless test systems for next-generation telecom, automotive radar and aerospace & defense. As a deep-tech scale-up, we operate in highly technical and competitive global markets.
To accelerate international growth, we’re looking for a true new business hunter based in the Eindhoven region.

account farming
position.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on winning new customers.
Your mission
Generate and close new international business (90% hunting)
Identify and win strategic high-tech accounts
Sell complex RF / wireless test solutions
Work closely with RF engineers and application experts
Represent us globally (20–30% travel)
You are the commercial spearhead.
What makes you a strong fit
Technical background (Engineering or comparable)
5–10+ years in technical B2B sales
Proven track record in personally closing new business
Experience in RF, wireless, telecom, radar, aerospace, semiconductor or comparable high-tech domains
Comfortable selling complex technical solutions with long sales cycles
Currently individual contributor (not sales manager)
Based in or near Eindhoven (max 50 km)
This role is ideal for a strong Sales Engineer or Business Development professional who thrives on building new markets.
Compensation
Medior: up to ~€80k total package
Senior (8+ years): up to ~€100k total package
