to lead this transformation. The role is based in

Rotterdam , with ownership over frontend-heavy applications and a key influence on shaping a modern, high-performing engineering environment.

Requirments Lead frontend architecture Serve as the primary authority on frontend decisions, defining scalable, cohesive, and future-ready architectural standards.

Drive speed through smart engineering Embed AI-enhanced workflows that reduce friction, accelerate delivery, and improve team productivity across the engineering organization.

Keep teams shipping Operate within a two-week delivery cadence, maintaining steady momentum while driving meaningful commercial impact.

Remove friction, increase flow Proactively identify bottlenecks and design streamlined, efficient systems that maximize developer velocity and execution speed.

Champion decoupling & modular design Lead the development of headless architectures (Vue.js / Nuxt) and backend-agnostic frontends built for scalability, performance, and long-term flexibility.
