What you can help us with We are looking for an ambitious

Junior SEA Specialist

to join our team. You will report to the Manager Acquisition and take full ownership of our

Search Engine Advertising activities across 36 countries . This is a unique opportunity to manage substantial budgets and drive growth on an international scale. If you are a self-starter ready to grow and really own your channel, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

Daily campaign management of our Google Ads to ensure they perform.

Analyze data to get the best return on ad spend (ROAS) and highest inflow of New Customers.

Feed management and optimization.

Frequently present your results and findings to the team.

You run channel-specific tests and propose on-site tests to improve results.

Keep an eye on daily spending to keep spending in line with the budget.

Spot new opportunities to help us generate more orders and reach more customers.

Collaborate with the Category Management team to boost sales for specific categories and products.

Support other acquisition marketing channels such as app marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO etc. (nice to have, not required).

Job Requirements What you bring to the table

You speak and write fluent English.

You have 1 to 3 years hands-on experience with Google Ads. Experience with any other paid marketing channels is a plus.

You are hungry to learn, ambitious, and self-motivated.

You are proficient with numbers and comfortable in software such as Excel, Google Sheets and Looker studio.

You know your way around Google Analytics (GA4) or are eager to learn it.

Bonus points if you bring

Prior experience working in an e-commerce environment.

Experience with scripts, AI workflows, or other means of automation to improve efficiency.

Basic knowledge of tracking solutions like Google Tag Manager.

Experience with other digital marketing channels such as App marketing, Affiliate marketing, or SEO.
