Marketing Director Goldbergh

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven marketing leader who combines brand instinct with commercial sharpness and the ability to lead at scale.
This role requires someone who shapes a long-term brand direction while delivering measurable commercial impact across both B2C and B2B channels. You will elevate brand presence, safeguard premium positioning, and accelerate international growht.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team across PR, influencer marketing, campaigns, retail marketing, social, and partnerships. With budget ownership and accountability for ROI, you will ensure disciplined investment, operational excellence, and data-led optimization across all marketing activities. Role & Responsibilities
Lead the full marketing function for a luxury brand across B2C and B2B channels, driving a refined omnichannel strategy that elevates brand presence, consistency, and commercial impact across retail, wholesale, digital, partnerships, and media;
Define and execute long-term brand and marketing strategy aligned with growth ambitions, premium positioning, and international footprint expansion;
Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team spanning PR & Events, PR & Influencer Marketing, Campaigns & Partnerships, Retail Marketing, Social Management, and Junior Marketing assistant, serving as primary leadership and decision point;
Act as gatekeeper of the total marketing budget, ensuring disciplined allocation, elevated output quality, and strong ROI across all initiatives;
Drive performance-focused marketing through continuous measurement, post-campaign evaluation, and data-led optimization to refine future activations and investments;
Shape and safeguard brand storytelling, visibility, and desirability within the luxury segment, strengthening awareness and premium perception across priority markets;
Initiate and cultivate high-value brand collaborations and strategic partnerships that enhance positioning and extend reach within aligned luxury and lifestyle ecosystems;
Work in close creative and commercial alignment with the Art Director and E-commerce Director to unify brand identity and conversion performance;
Implement ways of working that increase operational excellence, clarity, and cross-channel effectiveness;
Translate business objectives into measurable marketing roadmaps and KPI-driven action plans;
Deliver monthly executive reporting to CEO and Board, providing clear strategic insights on performance, investments, and growth opportunities;
Overall, you combine a hands-on leadership style with a strong helicopter view, balancing day-to-day execution with long-term strategic objectives and safeguarding brand equity and growth trajectory.
What You Bring
University degree in Marketing or a related field;
Relevant years of experience in marketing, with at least 4–6 years in a senior leadership role within a premium or luxury brand;
Strong strategic mindset with a proven ability to drive brand growth and commercial performance;
Demonstrated budget ownership with clear ROI-accountability;
Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary marketing teams;
Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning and consumer engagement with a data-driven approach and strong analytical and decision-making skills;
Strong collaboration skills across creative, digital, and commercial functions, and ability to operate confidently at executive level and report to senior leadership.
