As a Junior L&D Support within the HR team, you play a crucial role in providing administrative support for our Learning & Development activities.
You work closely with colleagues in HR and other internal stakeholders to ensure that all financial and administrative processes related to trainings run smoothly.
Primary Tasks And Responsibilities
Processing and following up on internal and external invoices related to trainings and training partners.
Receiving, registering, and administratively handling internal vouchers/cash receipts.
Following up on subsidy applications, deadlines, requirements, and reimbursement procedures.
Communicating correctly with internal colleagues and external institutions.
Secondary Tasks and responsibilities
Supporting the planning and helping with the organization of internal and external trainings.
Registering participants, certificates, and training records.
Maintaining contact with training institutions, hotels, and suppliers.
Managing trainings in our systems (registrations, reporting, follow‑up)
Technical profile requirements
1-3 Years experience within Learning & Development ideally in a corporate environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations.
