About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Senior Lab Technician to run experimental work and take ownership of developing, optimising, and validating standardised test methods in a regulated environment. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, translating project needs into robust experimental plans and ensuring high-quality, compliant results.

What You’ll Do Perform material fabrication and characterisation experiments. Develop, optimise, and validate test methods and protocols. Conduct verification and validation studies aligned with regulatory standards. Troubleshoot technical issues with practical and analytical problem‑solving. Analyse data and communicate results to project leads and clients. Maintain clear, accurate, quality‑compliant documentation. Support customers working within shared laboratory facilities.

What You Bring Degree in materials science, chemical engineering, chemistry, biomedical engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of relevant lab experience, ideally in materials or biomaterials. Experience developing validated test methods. Background in ISO 13485 and/or GLP environments. Strong hands-on skills, analytical mindset, and structured documentation habits. Collaborative approach with the initiative to drive your own work. Fluent English communication skills.
