Breda (NL) and/or Bornem (BE) Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the global technical support model Set up and execute trials by the CTM team and develop commercial tools (e.g., articles, brochures, webinars) Translate commercial requests into actions for the CTM team and implement KPIs Ensure technical data supporting Orffa products is well communicated and that commercial colleagues are trained accordingly Identify opportunities through marketing strategies and benchmark analyses, translating these into team actions General information We seek a candidate capable of managing a team of product managers providing technical support globally, acting as a central web of communication between marketing, regional managers, and technical teams. You will coordinate closely with marketing and regional managers to identify needs and set targets for the CTM team. The person: Education:

Master’s degree or PhD in Animal Sciences, Marketing, or related fields, with practical/scientific knowledge in animal nutrition. Knowledge and Experience:

5-10 years in the feed industry or research institutes, experienced in leadership and people management, with good understanding of animal trials and protocols. Fluency in English is required; additional languages like Dutch, Spanish, or French are a plus. Characteristics:

Essential personal qualities include leadership, strategic thinking, communication skills, and adaptability to coordinate a global team effectively.
