Associate Sales Operations Analyst

Overview The EMEA Sales Operations team is seeking a Data Analyst to take ownership of the existing reporting framework, analyze data, and develop new visualizations to support and enhance operational processes. You will play a critical hands‑on role in creating insightful dashboards and reports that enable better decision‑making, while also managing key aspects of the order lifecycle and identifying opportunities for process optimization.

You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, gaining exposure to diverse business areas in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. You’ll also be encouraged to bring forward creative solutions and ideas to streamline workflows and improve the overall efficiency of operations.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders following global reporting guidelines.

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, support decision‑making, and optimize operational processes.

Assist with order processing, including verifying contracts, managing timelines, and coordinating delivery.

Identify inefficiencies and contribute to implementing process improvements in collaboration with the team.

Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and support operational goals.

Learn company systems and tools to manage data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

1‑2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role (internship experience acceptable).

Proven ability to design and maintain dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with an eye for detail.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

A self‑starter attitude, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
